A native of Virginia, Martha grew up in the rural Singers Glen area of Rockingham County.
In the most recent years, Martha has taken time out from painting to raise a family while co-owning and operating a custom frame shop in Winchester, Virginia. Most of her current work is of fantasy nature or in the world of miniature.
Neena is a native of India. Her hobbies include hand built pottery, painting and making wearable art. She uses mixed media of varied materials and collage.
She has participated in several art shows across the country. her artwork is displayed in private and corporate collections in Japan, India, Germany, Ireland and other parts of Europe.
First painting in oils starting in 1986, Don became fascinated by the medium of watercolor. He then studied wiht nationally and internationally known artists and in 1995 was elected to signature membership in the prestigious Baltimore Watercolor Society.
Don comes to the world of visual art from an extensive career in music at Shenandoah University in Winchester.
Originally from Germany, Karl moved to the United States in 1957. He is a graduate of the International School of Design in Cologne, Germany, working in furniture design and manufacturing.
After retiring, he pursued his lifelong hobby of photography transitioning from traditional darkroom to digital. Karl does all the developing and printing to control of the final image.
Christopher paints from life. His palette consists of six different colors-two reds, a blue, two yellows and white. He strives to speak the language of art with color and composition.
Chris received a BFA in painting from UNC-Greensboro in 1983 and an MFA from James Madison University in 1997. He is a teacher and artist fulltime.
